How is the Croatia property market doing?
Property prices in Croatia are starting to see steady rises confirming what many foreigner investors though; in some areas of Istria property prices have risen up to 30 per cent in the last six months. It's also one of the closest Mediterranean destinations to the UK and Ireland and budget flights can be used to get there.
There's also a bit of cultural shock if you go to some Eastern European countries, that doesn't happen in Croatia where it feel absolutely as Mediterranean as Italy or Spain.
